Dropping Your Blade

The first big snow fall finally comes through and the plowing done on our side roads is absolutely terrible. They where bad on the day it snowed but I figured they where just getting the heavy stuff well the rest of the snow fell and they would go back to clean up it when it stopped. But they didn’t the city is paying these private guys to plow the back roads because there is not enough city trucks and man power to do it all and it looks like they did it with a shovel. It’s called dropping your blade, from the looks of the job it seemed like they kept the blade an inch or two off the ground. Some of them are so bad you can’t even see the cement on any points of them. On the corner of the roads instead of turning the blade in then lifting it up to come from a different angle to push it fully in the pile they just leave it which makes it now so its blocking another one of the roads. The only excuse for a job this bad is being lazy these guys are getting paid with tax payers money to plow these streets and they cut every corner they can to get the job done quickly. I guess they are good enough to drive on without getting stuck but stopping and making turns is just as hard as if they left it the way it was. The city needs to do something about this problem sooner then later because it’s going to cause accidents and put pedestrians and drivers in danger every time they get on the road.

He who throws a rock in a glass house gets arrested

Talking to a police officer is like standing in a glass house with a rock in your hand. You can take it two ways you can show no respect and throw the rock or you can accept what is happening and try to get out of it with the utmost respect and put the rock down. This will keep the whole situation from crashing down on top of you. A few tips when talking to a police officer are when talking to him you refer to him as officer not a cop, a pig, or any other name that shows the lack of respect you have for them. If you’re talking to a state trooper then refer to him as trooper. You have to remember no matter how much you disagree they are the law and arguing the fact will not help the situation but give them more reason and want to put you in the back of the car. Well talking to them the best thing you can do is agree whatever you did was wrong apologize and try to ease the situation down. If he isn’t upset he will listen with more reason and give you the chance to talk and possible let you go depending on the crime. When asked a question you keep eye contact like you would if you were talking to your parents. You don’t avoid the question and try to go off on something else if it’s asked they are expecting the answer. Also lying is another big thing not to do chances are they know why they are doing what they are doing and are asking you to see how you respond and if they don’t know they can probably find out. If they find out you’re a liar then you might as well through the cuffs on your self because at that point anything you say after that will go in one of his ears and out the other. Now I am not saying incriminate yourself but if it’s an obvious question like have you been drinking then don’t lie because they know if you are and if they don’t they can find out anyways. Treating the situation in this manner will not always get you off but it can help you in court that the cop doesn’t think your some punk and really try to screw you. The last thing is remain calm because it will help with your body language and if you’re not already in cuffs chances are what you did was not that bad. So the trouble you get in wont be as bad as you think at the time I have seen people only get probation for thing they thought they where going to jail for. But if what you did was bad enough that its definitely putting you away then none of this will help and you should have either ran or ran a whole lot quicker.

New Phone

The Razzle is one of Verizon wireless more recent cell phones. Despite the name the Razzle is given four and a half stars by consumers and has proved to be a good phone. For my two year upgrade I chose to get this phone and so far have no complaints about it. The phone has a large speaker on its back and a QWERT keyboard on the other side. To use the keyboard you simple spin the bottom of the phone and the keyboard with a slight incline for easy texting will now be the front of the phone. The fact that the phone spins like that can make people think it will be a phone that will brake easily but the way it is designed there is no way you will applying enough force to brake it. When you flip the phone back to the Mp3 side it displays the big speaker and the buttons needed to use the Mp3. Also when the phone is flipped to the Mp3 side the incline goes away so you can put it flat in your pocket and prevent it from braking. I have not had time to activate the Mp3 but it is an easy task to complete. All you have to do is hook it up to your pc with the cords that are given to you with the phone and just use the Verizon website to set up a vcast or rhapsody account then you can transfer the music to your phone. There are also many other feature to go with the phone not as many as the smart phones but you can still get to your email and IM chats there is also a navigation system that you can have activated if you don’t own a GPS. So if your going out to buy a phone and you have no clue what you want to get definitely look into the Razzle because it has got nothing but good reviews.

Navy SEALs

I was reading the Fox News home page the other week and saw something that made me absolutely sick to read. It was a story about how a team of Navy SEALs went on a covert-op mission to capture one of the most wanted terrorist by the U.S who was the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. Where they killed them using grenades and gun fire then continued to burn their bodies, hang them on the bridges and drag them through the town. Now you would think that for completing a mission like that and bringing justice to the families of those murder U.S citizens, they would be thanked and treated the way a hero should be treated but not in today’s America. Instead the three Navy Seals are being sued by the courts they fight so hard to protect. You would wonder what a Navy SEAL could do that is so bad that he is going to get charges pressed on him, nothing more then simple giving that terrorist piece of scum a fat lip. After Ahmed Hashim Abed who was the ring leader in that brutal attack was detained he complained that the men punched him and he had the fat lip to prove it. So instead of telling this guy to F*** off they are going to follow up with the complaint and take three of are most elite soldiers of the lines for how ever long it takes. The fact that anyone could follow through with this just confuses me, how do you punish the people protecting you.

Taking the right information

One thing that everyone should know how to do incase of an accident is to be able to take down the other person’s information right. To start off you need to get the person's license and there registration which in return you will have to give them. To start off when recording this information I would start with recording the license information first. On the license you need to take down there license number which will be at the top of an over 21 and in the middle of an under 21 license. Next you want to take down there full name and there date of birth after that that will be it for the license. Then you move on to the registration. First you are going to start with the person plat type, registration number, and the expiration date month and day. After you have taken down all that you want to take down who the vehicle is registered to which is not always the same as who may be driving the car. Along with the name take down the there address and there city and state and zip code. After that you move to the bottom of the registration where you take down the MFRS Model, the make (type of car), the model name, body (color). Then last and most important which you can’t forget to do is there insurance company’s name. With all this information you have what you need to fill out the paper work you are going to need to for your insurance company. I feel this is important for everyone to know because if you can’t do this and you mess it up and it was your car that got hit then you could mess up your claim. When I got in my altercation the other day I had know idea what I was to right down and if the officer was not there then I would have missed a few major parts without a doubt. This could have caused me to mess up my claim which could cost me when it comes to my insurance.

New Tattoos

I just turned 18 at the end of October and anyone who is already 18 knows that more doors open up in your life with your new age. You can buy tobacco products, scratch tickets or porno if you’re into any of those kinds of things. But for me the best thing about turning 18 was the fact that I can now get tattoos whenever I please without having to try to convince my mom to sign for it, not that that worked anyways. So I began my search for what I wanted to get for it. I had my idea in my head way before I turned 18 which you can see to your right. One thing I was told that everyone probably is told when they say they are getting a tattoo is to make sure you like it because its stuck with you the rest of your life and you don’t want to have to pay to try to get it removed later on in life either. So with this in mind don’t choose just any tattoo to get just to get one you have your whole life to. Get one that has some meaning to you then you will know you never regret getting it. For me I got this out of respect and memory for our U.S soldiers who put there lives on the line for us. I also plan on joining the service by the time I am twenty one. Then there is choosing a place to go the internet is a good place to find one in your area that is good. After searching for ones in my area I choose tattoo America in Seabrook NH. I would say instead of calling the place make a trip out and talk face to face with the guys. This way you can see how clean the place is and talk about prices and see how long it will take you may even be able to get in that day. After visiting it I had know question that’s where I was going to get mine this place is spotless and the guys are very talented and helpful with where you should get it and how big it needs to be to look good. If they can’t get you in that day then you will just set up a time both are open and our good to go. You also have to remember that the place you want to get it you can handle to pain of getting it. The spots that hurt the most are the more sensitive meat area like the inside of your arm also any spot that is real boney like the knee will hurt. I got mine on the center of my upper back and with a two hour tattoo it hurt way more then I thought so you also have to add in how long you can handle the pain because if you move around then it will come out bad. If you live in the surrounding towns near Seabrook I highly recommend Tattoo America they do a great job with all the ones they do. The best time of the year to go for locals is during fall to spring time because summer time they are to booked with out of state people coming down to them. As long as you get something you like and its not a spur of the moment decision then id say get it because the chances of you not liking it our very slim.
